Order and Delivery

This page governs the terms and conditions for placing orders and delivering products purchased through the website Stoitchkov.eu, hereinafter referred to as “Site”, “the Site”, “the Website”.

1. How to place an order

Orders are accepted only through the official online store:

Orders placed through social networks or by phone are not processed, in order to protect personal data, track orders, and provide correct subscription service.

After a successful order, the customer receives an email confirmation with order information.

2. Delivery Cost

• Delivery costs are not fixed. They are determined according to the delivery address and are shown in real-time when the customer completes the order. The user is informed of the exact cost of transport before finalizing the purchase.

• The price for international delivery is calculated automatically upon completion of the order, depending on the destination and the chosen method.

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed on a working day until 3:00 PM are processed on the same working day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

• Orders placed on a non-working day are processed on the first following working day.

4. Delivery Time

The usual delivery time in Bulgaria is 1 – 2 working days after order processing.

International delivery times depend on the country of receipt and the chosen courier and are indicated approximately upon order completion.

5. Saturday Delivery

Upon explicit request from the client, Saturday delivery is possible, depending on the capabilities of the chosen courier.
The time slot is usually between 09:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with no exact time guaranteed.

6. Delivery Methods

6.1 Delivery to address or courier office

• Delivery to a personal address or a courier company's office (Econt, Speedy, Sameday, or another partner, depending on availability).

• The standard time slot for delivery on working days is between 09:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

7. Undelivered Shipments

If the client:

• does not provide access to the delivery address;

• does not pick up their shipment from the selected office or locker within the specified period;

the seller is released from the obligation for redelivery.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order;

• withhold delivery and return costs, where applicable.
